Description: 

The Peoria Area World Affairs Council will host a KEI Future of Korea program featuring Mr. Jinwook Kim, Counselor, Embassy of the Republic of Korea; Mr. Gary Childs, Consular Officer, Office of Korean Affairs, U.S. Department of State; and Ms. Sarah K. Yun, Director of Public Affairs & Regional Issues, Korea Economic Institute.

The speakers will address political security, economic and trade issues pertaining to U.S.-Korea relations and the future of the Korean peninsula.  The speakers will also meet with local political, business and community leaders to raise awareness of Korea-related issues.
